KW has already introduced some coilovers in option 1, option 2 and option 3 types for BMW series 2, the tuning company proposes now Adaptive SDC coilovers for all models in the range. The Adaptive suspension is delivered with threaded stainless steel bodies and is compatible with the electronic original BMW.
The driver is able to choose between a comfortable or sporty suspension through «BMW Driving expérience Control» Facility. The SDC KW plug & play coilovers lowering adjustable between 25 and 50 mm, only allow to improve posture, but as well handling. The price is available on request, including installation.
Reminder, the 2-M235i series is powered by a six-cylinder 3.0 litre inline-326HP (240 kW) and 450 nm (322 lb - ft) 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and a maximum speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The engine is connected to a ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox. Fuel consumption is decent 7.6 litres / 100 km on the combined cycle.
2014 BMW series 2 coupe is 4,432 mm long; 1 774 mm wide; 1,418 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2690 mm. The trunk is 390 liters, 20 liters more than series 1 coupe. The BMW series 2 coupe has also an aerodynamic more effective than those of the BMW 1 series and its predecessor, as evidenced by a Cd of 0.29. Weight empty is 1,470 kg.
